My journey to becoming a therapist has been deeply shaped by my own life experiences and the transformative impact that therapy had on me.
Since 2017, I’ve been working with clients in a therapeutic setting, and in 2020, I established my private practice in Bristol.
Therapy is a field that invites continual growth. With every client I meet and every training I undertake, my understanding deepens. I’m committed to ongoing learning so I can offer the most informed and supportive space possible.
I’ve expanded my Counselling practice to include work with chronic pain and persistent physical symptoms using a mind-body approach. This path was inspired by my own lived experience of a chronic pain condition. Discovering mind-body therapy was life-changing for me. I engaged in my own healing journey and today live symptom-free.
I bring this personal insight into my work, offering a compassionate and grounded space for healing, growth, and transformation. I’m here to support you on your unique journey toward wellness and wholeness.
